Maintenance and Service for Lifts & Elevators
Vestner provides comprehensive maintenance and service nationally for all brands of lifts using experienced technicians.
Vestner can provide 24/7 emergency call-out service.
All lifts/elevators and stair lifts should be maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations to keep the lift in excellent working condition, prolong the life of the product and ensure the warranty provisions are not compromised.
Service and maintenance should always be undertaken by suitably qualified and experienced technicians.
Lifts in commercial premises must be serviced in accordance with the Local Council Building Compliance Schedule. This is generally completed quarterly but in some cases more frequently where the lifts may be older or have high usage.
Lifts must also be inspected annually by a qualified IQP (Independently Qualified Person) as part of the council Building WOF Compliance schedule.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Lifts in single household dwellings should generally be serviced every twelve (12) months. Such lifts do not require an annual Safety Inspection Certificate.
Stair lifts require minimal maintenance by the owner (documented in the User Manual). Indoor stair lifts should be serviced every twelve (12) months and outdoor stair lifts every six (6) months.
